Product Return Policy

New PECO, Inc. – Product Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization from New PECO, Inc. No products will be accepted for return without a valid Return Authorization (RA) issued by our team.

If a product issue is reported, New PECO will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and repair the problem before approving a return. Customers are expected to cooperate with troubleshooting and repair attempts.

Returns of new, unused products must be requested within fifteen (15) days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may be refused or subject to additional charges, as determined in the sole discretion of New PECO, Inc.

Customers are responsible for all freight and shipping costs associated with returning products to New PECO, Inc., including any damage incurred during return shipment. Original delivery freight charges are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

New PECO, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% for any returned items that are not defective or in cases where the customer declines our efforts to resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following receipt and inspection of the returned product, subject to final approval in the sole discretion of New PECO, Inc.
