PECO Now Official Bagging System For 2012 Cub Cadet

PECO will be the official bagging system supplier for 2012 Cub Cadet Tank and Z Force commercial ZTR mowers. The Pro 3 PTO bagger will be available through Cub Cadet dealers on the 2012 Tank L and S models. The Pro 3 has a capacity of 12 bushels, is equipped with a patented PTO blower system that is mounted behind the rear wheel and is powered by the engine of the ZTR mower. The PTO blower has proven to be more efficient than a deck drive system. Located half way between the deck and the bags, the deck is able to discharge the grass and leaves while the blower is creating suction. The 4 blade steel impeller then powerfully moves the grass and leaves into the bags. A deck driven blower creates instability in the leveling of the deck and creates more horsepower loss due to the many belts and pulleys between the engine and the deck drive blower. Deck drive blowers are also susceptible to theft when removed for side discharging. The PECO PTO blower allows for side discharge without removal of any components.

The Pro 2 will be available for the Z Force Commercial line of Cub Cadet ZTR's model years 2009-2012. The Pro 2 works the same as the Pro 3, but is a smaller unit, designed for the smaller more compact units. The Pro 2 collection system has a 7.2 bushel capacity and low profile self sealing top.
